The tariff includes buffet breakfast at the "Poolside Glance" Coffee Shop for single and double occupancy. Additional coupons for buffet breakfast will be available upon request from the Reception Desk.
Note: additional 25% charge is levied for booking for the period November to February.
- All rooms are air -conditioned and have Colour TV (including Cable Channels) with direct relephone dialing facility for local, STD & ISD calls.
- Lift is available upto 2nd floor only. For rooms 301 to 304 exclusive staircase is availble from 2nd floor.
- Locker facilities are availbale with the Reception in the Room.

Children upto the age of 18 year area permitted only at the 'Idar', 'Family Room' and 'Poolside Glance Coffee Shop' and are also not permitted in the 'Main Club House'.

Sports Facilities
The Club provides a variety Sports and other Facilities such as Tennis, Badminton, Squash, Swimming, Table Tennis, Billiards/ Snooker, Karate, Yoga/ Aerobics and Card Room. The details of timings and charges are available with the Reception.
Health and Fitness Centre
The facility of a separate Health and Fitness Centre for 'Ladies and Gents' is also available. The timing for ladies is from 07:00 hrs to 20:30 hrs. The timing for Gents is from 06:30 hrs to 22:00 hrs. The Health and Fitness Centre is closed on the third Thursday of every month. The Health and Fitness Centre has a well equipped Gymnasium, Sauna, Steam, Jacuzzi etc.
Parking
Parking of cars is not permitted on an overnight basis or otherwise, inside the premises any time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All room rates are subject to Luxury Tax of 10% as applicable.
- Any statutory taxes shall be payable as applicable.
- Check out time is 11:00 am and Check in time is 12:00 noon.
- We accept Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards. There is an additional 2.5% charge on all credit card payments.
- An additional charge of Rs 1,000/- will be payable towards Temporary Membership, valid for one week.
- Charges for extra person above 2 years and up to the the age of 18 years are Rs 500/- plus Luxury Tax as applicable.
- TEMPORARY & RECIPROCAL MEMBERS GUEST ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE FACILITIES.
- Each Reciprocal Member and his/her dependents are required to produce their valid photo membership cards on their arrival.
DRESS - CODE:
- Members are requested to be suitably / appropriately attired at all times when utilising the facilities.
- Sports attire and sports - shorts are not permitted in the 'Main Club House' including 'Bar', 'Restaurants' etc. during lunch / dinner service i.e. 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and after 7:00 p.m.
- Footwear must be worn at all times except at the 'Swimming Pool'.
- The following attire is also not permitted in the 'Main Club House including 'Restaurants', 'Wet Wicket Bar', 'Polly's Sport Bar' etc.
- Wearing of caps in the Restaurants / Wet Wicket Bar / Polly's Sports Bar is not permitted but this does not preclude wearing of turban by Sikhs.
- There will be no cancellation charges if the request for cancellation is received more than eight days prior to the check - in date.
- If the request for cancellation is received between five and eight days prior to check - in date, 50% cancellation changes will be applicable.
- If the cancellation request is received four days or less prior to check - in date, full room rate is chargeable.
