ISSUE OF ENTRY TICKETS FOR NEW YEARS EVE

Members are hereby informed that New Year Eve Entry tickets will be available for collection from the 1st Floor, Club House (adjacent to Card Room) with effect from 18th December 2015 onwards.

Counters will open from 11 am to 9 pm every day. Members are requested to bring their membership cards at the time of booking tables. In case a representative is sent for collection he must carry a proper authorization letter together with membership card of the member.  Entry ticket/Food Coupon charges could be paid for either in cash or debited to membership account. The charges have been already promulgated through the bulletin for the month of December 2015. Blank forms for member debit are available at the reception apart from the Counter on the First Floor. Bookings on the last day would entail additional charges of Rs 100/- per member and Rs 200/- per Guest.

Please note that entry to the event on 31st December 2015 is allowed only against valid entry ticket stamped appropriately, together with the membership card for members. Guests must be in possession of a valid entry ticket duly stamped as “Guest”.

Members are requested to co-operate.
